I got my start in community mental health, working with individuals and families navigating some of life’s toughest challenges. Over the years, I worked my way up from frontline roles to becoming a clinical supervisor—each step deepening my commitment to this work and to the people in my community. I believe strongly that therapy should be accessible, supportive, and grounded in real connection. Everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and to heal.
In my practice, I bring warmth, empathy, and a little humor when it’s helpful—because sometimes laughter can be as healing as tears. I understand that no matter where we come from or what we’ve been through, we’re all just trying to do a little better, to grow, and to find peace. My goal is to meet people where they are and walk alongside them, offering support as they work toward whatever healing or change they’re seeking. Making my community a healthier, more compassionate place isn’t just my job—it’s my purpose.
